Building AI that works in the real world —
from lab to production.

I work at the intersection of AI research and software engineering — translating academic theory into products that hold up in production. Based in Lucerne, I'm CTO of Gopf AG, where my role is hands-on: from architecting our cloud infrastructure and ML pipelines to steering the technical strategy of our B2B market intelligence platform. My PhD from the University of Lucerne grounded this work academically, focusing on what multimodal machine learning reveals about human behaviour. I carry that curiosity forward as a researcher and lecturer at HSLU, where I teach deep learning and run applied R&D projects with industry partners.
